Frequently Asked Questions

Open the app and register with your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, or sign in with your Google or Apple account. If you register with an email, a verification link is sent to your inbox — email accounts need to be verified before your first sign-in. Google and Apple accounts are verified automatically.

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the correct email address. If it still does not arrive, contact us through the in-app Contact Us form or at support@senangapps.com.

Use the Forgot Password option in the app. A new temporary password is generated and emailed to your registered address. Sign in with it, then change it in your account settings.

Sign in, go to your account settings and choose Change Password. You will need to enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.

From the app, add your vehicle's registration number, manufacturer and model, purchase date, and optionally a photo and notes. You can keep multiple cars in one account, and edit or remove them at any time.

Create a reminder for one of your cars and set the service date and time, your current mileage, the service type, how far in advance to notify you, and whether the reminder should repeat — by time or by mileage. You can also note an estimated cost. The reminder appears as "Incoming" until you mark it "Completed" or "Ignore".

Yes. Choose a repeat interval by time (for example, every few months) or by mileage (for example, every few thousand kilometres) so the next service is scheduled automatically.

Incoming — the reminder is still due. Completed — you marked the service as done. Ignore — you chose to skip it. Overdue — the due date passed without the reminder being completed.

With notifications enabled, you receive a push reminder the day before a service is due, another on the due day a few hours before the scheduled service time, and one when a reminder becomes overdue.

In the app, toggle notifications off in the notification settings. You will not receive push reminders until you turn them back on.

Push notifications are sent to your device's notification token. After reinstalling or clearing the app's data, sign in again — your device is re-registered automatically the next time the app checks your session.

Log the service date, your current mileage, the workshop, the services performed (choose from the catalogue or add custom ones), the total price, any notes, and up to five receipt photos.

Yes — you can create your own custom services and sub-services, which are saved to your account and available for future records.

Receipt photos are uploaded with the service record and shown in your service history. Deleting the service also removes its photos, and deleting your account removes everything.

Open the Workshop directory in the app and browse the list, or filter by state, city and workshop category.

After visiting a workshop, you can rate it 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. Reviews that violate our terms can be flagged by other users and are reviewed for removal.

Workshops can register through our website at Register Workshop. Registration is reviewed by our team — contact us if you have any questions.

Use the Delete Account option in the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — cars, reminders, service history, receipt photos and your profile photo. A confirmation email is sent to your address.

Sessions are tied to your device and are refreshed at each sign-in. If a session expires, simply sign in again.

During maintenance windows the app displays a notice before continuing. When a newer version of the app is required, it will ask you to update from your app store before continuing. Data protection is covered in our Privacy Policy.
